We use quality materials from Sherwin Williams to enhance the look
and longevity of your paint or stain finish. Surface preparation includes caulking, patching cracks, priming,
pressure washing, sanding and scraping.
Careful room preparation is done to keep your home protected from
paint and sanding dust. Furnishings are protected with plastic, and floors are covered with drop
exterior paint spraying, windows are protected with plastic. Any landscaping, vents, downspouts, gutters, and
other objects that could be exposed to over-spray, are protected. All exterior ground
surfaces below the work area are covered with drop cloths.
When priming wood, we use an
oil-base primer sealer to seal the surface and prevent bleed-through of chemicals within the wood.
Drywall patches are primed, as well as dark paint colors on walls that will be painted a light
color. Bare metal surfaces are always primed first to prevent future corrosion.
